Rooms

Brookhouse Stay can accommodate up to 19 adults or 16 adults and 6 children – this is due to us having 3 x small fold out sofa beds, that will we feel will only sleep 1 adult comfortably, but will sleep 2 children adequately.

Please note we ONLY PROVIDE bedding and towels for up to 16 guests (using the main beds) – you need to BRING YOUR OWN towels / bedding for the sofa beds.

All of our spacious, double bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Please note there is not a bath in the farmhouse.

The smaller bedroom has been designed with children in mind, with them sleeping in bunkbeds. 

Three of the bedrooms also feature small fold out sofa beds. If you wish to use the sofa bed we ask you to bring your own bedding for these.

Downstairs Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 ~ en-suite

1 x king size bed and 1 x small fold out sofa bed = 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children

1 x king size bed and 1 x small fold out sofa bed = 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children

Bedroom 3 ~ en-suite

1 x king size bed = 2 adults

1 x king size bed and 1 x small fold out sofa bed = 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children

1 x king size bed  = 2 adults

Bedroom 7 ~ en-suite

1 x king size bed  = 2 adults

Bunk beds = 2 adults / 2 children
