Our house isn’t a holiday home, it’s a venue specifically designed for luxury hen party weekends, precious family gatherings or that much needed girls / couples weekend away. The property is easily accessible off the M62 with ample, gated parking for 15 cars.
Get your heels or slippers on and party or relax within our 8 bedrooms converted farmhouse. The huge 1022sq ft live-in kitchen, lounge and dining area means you won’t get split up as a group, whilst someone cooks and others eat / watch TV. This space is also ideal for a hen party gathering. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or sit around the fit pit in the evenings.
7 of the 8 bedrooms are en-suite with walk-in showers, the 8th bedroom is fitted with bunkbeds.

Overview
In the beautiful fully fitted live-in kitchen you'll find all the cooking appliances and utensils you should need, a large island for social gatherings, dining table and comfortable sofas. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, followed by a cloakroom so you don't need to traipse back to your own bathroom when needed.
We have 7 large bedrooms, all en-suite with a king size bed and 3 of these have a sofa bed. The 8th bedroom has bunkbeds. You will find 4 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of draws, giving you ample storage space for your stay.
The house itself has 78 acres of arable land to the sides and rear of the property. At the rear, just off the living space is an outside area with benches, a wood fired hot tub, fire pit and approximately 1 acre of garden space.
At the front of the house there is plenty of room for off road parking.
Please note at the front of the property there is traffic noise and it is a farm, some of the bedroom windows look onto the yard.

Being located less a 2 minute drive away from Yew Tree Barn Wedding Venue, Brookhouse is the ideal location for wedding guests. Our house will give you space so you can get those all important ‘getting ready pictures’ before you venture out for your big day.
Perfect for Families, Large Groups or a Luxury Hen Party
Prior to setting up Brookhouse, we heard about so many hen dos, large groups of friends and families who struggled to find properties with enough space to accommodate everyone. The uniqueness of Brookhouse is it has the huge communal space, which is hard to find at other venues. Often groups can be split up between the kitchen and lounge, or are squashed – however this doesn’t happen here.
We feel our house is perfect for these sorts of gatherings and ticks all the boxes.
The outside spaces also gives you room to enjoy group activities or for children to play out in the field, under your watchful eye.
