Brookhouse is ideally situated for those wanting to have a quiet family gathering, enjoying quality time together in our spacious house. You may prefer to explore the local area such as the historic village of Hale (5 minutes away) featuring The Childe of Hale or those looking to party in Liverpool (30 minutes away).

Overview
In the beautiful fully fitted live-in kitchen you'll find all the cooking appliances and utensils you should need, a large island for social gatherings, dining table and comfortable sofas. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, followed by a cloakroom so you don't need to traipse back to your own bathroom when needed.
We have 7 large bedrooms, all en-suite with a king size bed and 3 of these have a sofa bed. The 8th bedroom has bunkbeds. You will find 4 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of draws, giving you ample storage space for your stay.
The house itself has 78 acres of arable land to the sides and rear of the property. At the rear, just off the living space is an outside area with benches, a wood fired hot tub and approximately 1 acre of garden space.
At the front of the house there is plenty of room for off road parking.
Please note at the front of the property there is traffic noise and it is a farm, some of the bedroom windows look onto the yard.

Being located less a 2 minute drive away from Yew Tree Barn Wedding Venue, Brookhouse is the ideal location for wedding guests. Our house will give you space so you can get those all important ‘getting ready pictures’ before you venture out for your big day.

Prior to setting up Brookhouse as a holiday home, we heard about so many families and friends who struggle to find properties large enough to accommodate everyone.
We feel our house is perfect for these sorts of gatherings and ticks all the boxes.
